ELE83N, LLC specializes in Furniture Design and Construction (Interior and Exterior) and has
an opening for a Project Management Specialist position. The applicant must have a minimum of
2 years of experience in the field of Furniture Design and Construction, proficiency in using
SKETCHUP PRO – LUMION 3D modeling software, a major in Industrial Design or a related
field, experience and ability to travel to various countries in Latin America to manage teams
providing external services, experience in business management including managing emerging
companies (startups), average knowledge of construction methods in Latin America, ability and
knowledge of managing the CANVAS tool for creating templates and social media posts, basic
ability for designing and developing web pages for managing MarketPlace – with basic use of
WordPress, Hostgator, and Woocommerce, management skills with emails, Excel, and numbers,
average experience in using social networks for posts and basic advertising configurations on
Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, and Whatsapp, basic English, Fluent Spanish (as 95% of
clients are Hispanic), ability to organize team tasks and delegate them, and experience in using
online communication tools for continuous meetings on Whatsapp and Zoom.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to developing and improving business
strategy by seeking clients, managing client relationships, and enhancing profitability and
efficiency; ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign government regulations pertaining to
businesses engaged in industrial design; communicating with clients and potential clients about
their design needs, including for furniture, commercial spaces, residential spaces, and other
purposes; building a client base through outreach to potential clients, analyzing business
opportunities, and contributing to marketing strategy; translating client requirements into
actionable designs using specialized design software to create architectural and other industrial
designs used by architects and related professionals to draft blueprints; coordinating the work of
subcontractors responsible for drafting blueprints and ensuring blueprints align with the overall
design; and enhancing and managing the electronic marketing strategy by designing the company
website to demonstrate the company’s ability to create cutting-edge and attractive designs.

Starting salary is $92,997.00.
